This is not needed, the way it is now is good as it is. We as a lead team have our own ways and we're doing just fine. And for the people saying there are staff with many accepted reports who are still in the staff team, this does not mean it has gone unnoticed by the lead team, don't worry we know what we're doing. no but on a serious note, :plussp:

Imo this would be very useful, specially if everyone could see someone's accepted demote requests, for example if someone's making a demote request on lets say Ace (first staff member that pops into my head), then that person could just go to his profile, easily take quotes and other things from previous demote requests if he needs, and if that person wants to show how many demote requests ace has then they would all be listed, instead of the person having to go through the hassle of finding every single one and listing them.

First of all, multiple threads have been made over the course of the past years on how easy admins and moderators get away. It's not fair and some policy should been shown towards them aswell otherwise they're just going to keep slacking about the rules as they know nothing too bad won't happen.

If admins and mods can get away as easy as they are it's far away from "Just fine". I remember myself being admin on the servers, i broke maybe 3 rules in 1 month and the only things people told me was: Don't do it again. A system is needed to bring professionality among the servers. Again your system sounds alright on paper but you need to visualise the issue rather than taking things for granted as they are.
