Suggestion Title: Bail anywhere gang upgrade

How would it benefit the server: This would help gangs bail their members anywhere around the map instead of running all of the way to the PD and by the time you have done this your mate will only have about 20 seconds left in jail and there will be no point in doing it. I think it should cost more to bail if you are anywhere example: the bail fine is 500 so it would cost 2000 to bail anywhere.

Potential Issues/Exploits: If a police member is raiding you and they arrest one of your members they can bail him out then the person that was bailed out can sneak up behind the raiders and kill them all.

Disagree. The gang upgrade ( If it will happen) will obviously be very expensive. Nobody is going to spend 1m to bail someone out from 2 minutes of waiting. It should be like a 25%-50% increase from what it is at the PD.

To everyone who is complaining about the prices, chute and EMP aren't idiots, they would make it so it was fair. This is just a suggestion after all.

Whats the point in PD Raids then? Also honestly how do you think this will be implemented?, as for example "Mass Equipment of Destruction" The fine can be 100k and the bail still gonna be 2k? Tbh a pretty bad suggestion.
