Suggestion Title: New suits, panzer soldat

How would it benefit the server: The panzer soldat is a suit from Black Ops 2 (Orgins) that wields a flamethrower,strength, and armor. My idea is that we introduce a suit that is similar that has 750 health and 1000 armor. The suit will have the ability to use a flame thrower using right click that will have the ability to burn down props and people similar to the jet gun. Left click has a fist that one punches everyone at point blank. The suit will have no speed boosters but will have a jump boost.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Can be considered OP thinking that it holds a powerful flamethrower and a one hit punch.

Additional notes: Heres a picture of what the panzer soldat looks like...
