Suggestion Title:
Uranium Buyer and Uranium Grenade

How would it benefit the server:
The Uranium Buyer would give a way to quick sell Uranium for a slightly lower price than market value such as $8000 per Uranium. This would produce $160,000 per set off Uranium (20). Using the NPC by no means would be the most valuable way of selling uranium but it would be a efficient way to sell it in bulk. Most new players disregard the Uranium Unit due to it's high price and the constant changing value of Uranium, This would give new players a more easy (Less Profitable) Way of selling Uranium if they are inexperienced in trading. This new NPC would be similar to the drug dealer NPC but with a different player model and appearance. This would give a more practical purpose to the Uranium Unit making it a more viable cash source.

The Nuclear/Uranium Grenade would be (Simply Put) A Nerve Gas, Flashbang, Smoke grenade combo. The grenade would be similar to the Nerve gas but with a green tint and a thicker, stronger smoke cloud. The grenade upon explosion would release a flash bang style effect blinding any players looking directly at it but it would last slightly longer than the default flash bang due to it being a Nuclear/Uranium themed explosion. Approximately 2s after the "pop" of the flash effect a green tinted smoke cloud would come from the grenade. Anybody inside the smoke cloud would receive -8 health every second. This would leave a player with 100hp 12.5 seconds to escape the smoke cloud. Unlike the Nerve gas the Nuclear/Uranium Grenade would stop inflicting damage on the player if they have left the smoke cloud. The Uranium/Nuclear grenade would be crafted out of SCU's (around 25).

Potential Issues/Exploits:
If the market value of Uranium drops below $8000 the NPC could be used to sell Uranium above market value faster, removing the need to trade it at all. Because the Nuclear/Uranium grenade has the effect of a flashbang, smoke and nerve gas canister all in one I have struggled to find a reasonable crafting requirement.

Additional notes:
The Uranium Buyer is not my original idea I am just expanding on a suggestion made by "Jesus Cryed" All credit goes to him I am just expanding the idea since he didn't go into much detail. I think this NPC would help players of all varieties and forms. I had a lot more planned for this suggestion but I am still working through a few figures for a craftable SCU that has a higher cost to craft than the Nuclear launch but with a guaranteed outcome.
The Nuclear/Uranium Grenade is just a theory at this moment but I decided to add it to the suggestion to see how you all think of it. If it gets a good response I will put more work into the cost and requirements of crafting it as it is just hypothetical at the moment.
