Suggestion Title: Remove Demote System

How would it benefit the server: Currently the demote system has been changed to make an F1. This makes no sense. Players use RP reasons to demote others, hence the "valid RP Reason". It should not come down to an admins decision to demote a player for a roleplay reason. The system has never really been helpful only for specific situations where no staff were online.

Someone gets banned from that job
They request a unban from job via F1
The admin makes the choice to unban the user or not
Done

Don't bring back that shitty demote system, it caused so much trouble and even made people lose special weapons by idiots who would demote them whilst holding them out, and that is how I lost a gluon gun once upon a time.
