Suggestion Title: Tazer Debuff

How would it benefit the server: Are you sick and tired of those ol' pesky criminals slipping out of your grasp? Are you tired of getting killed for trying the friendly alternative to dealing with fiends? Well I've got a solution for you! By temporarily decreasing movement speed after being tazed, a crime stopper can manage to arrest those dirty wrong doers and get his well deserved reward! All too often, criminals get up from being tazed and see no downsides. They pull their weapon in an instant and blast the cop away. With this taser buff, criminals will actually be detained and face the consequences for wrong doing.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None! Just a positive outlook on the government classes!

Additional notes: Just a simple restatement. Once a criminal gets up after being tased, they instantly have their weapon ready and can run at full speed. If we add a buff to the tazer, cops will be able take down foes by doing no harm.

TLDR; Bad guys get away cause tazer sucks.

Arrest sticks are broken as shit in range anyways.

I agree the range on the arrest baton is too short. The tasor helps to stop crime, but as a criminal gets up from being tased, they have another chance to get away. Either the tazer needs a buff, or the arrest baton.

Bud, I called them broken because they are so glitchy they are overpowered most of the time.

Ah yes, I knew the counter argument would be from the criminal's perspective. Put yourself in the cops position, you're chasing someone to arrest them. You have to get so close that you start to glitch when running right up on them but yet you still cant arrest them. I've been in this situation all too often. The tasor helps but doesn't completely solve the problem. It's a difficult situation in the view of a cop. Just try it out and see what I mean.

Run up to the with keys, take out arrest baton and arrest them whilst they are either turned backs or in a corner, easy?

Friend, it's like bringing a knife to a gun fight. It's nearly impossible to win. And even when you get within melee range, the baton never seems to work.

Back on subject, I not saying the baton needs a buff, I'm saying the arresting after being tazed needs a buff. Optimally, I'd like it if you could arrest people while they're on the ground and tazed.
