Reasons for hits

Server Name:

SSRP.

Suggestion Title:

Reasons for hits. If you place a hit on someone, you must have a valid reason and you must state it in your hit.

How would it benefit the server:

It would prevent people just being able to kill anyone if their friend is on, and would actually need a valid reason.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None that I can see.

Additional notes:

N/A.

Diamond Printers available to VIPs

Server Name:

SSRP.

Suggestion Title:

Let VIPs buy Diamond Printers from the F4 shop.

How would it benefit the server:

Currently, printing is very weak compared to mining, so this would balance it out.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

The item would be made redundant, but we could keep it as a rare item.

Like instead of the command being just /hit <name> <amount> it would be /hit <name> <amount>> <reason>

It has to be a valid RP reason such as "killed my friend" though, and can not break NLR.
