Change S2 Map

How would it benefit the server:
More people might play the server as it would be a new map. It would revive server 2 as all its used for now is mining.

DON'T REUPLOAD OR TRY TO MODIFY THIS MAP, IT'S NOT EVEN FINISHED.

After 1+ year of development, rp_florida is finally here ! It's a huge city map perfect for all your RP activities, based on the Florida state and more precisely on Miami.

Please note that this map is still in beta, feel free to give me any suggestions an report any bugs, it will help me a lot !

UPDATE 1 :
- Changed Ferris Wheel model + now usable
- Changed Cinema sign + indoor + screen now compatible with cinema addons
- Changed Night Club sign + indoor
- Casino has been totally redone
- Removed speedbumps

RP Downtown Voxel




Heavily optimised Evilmelon update with the following changes:

- Recreated Skybox (Properly)
- Areaportal Windows (Seperates map into 3 parts preventing lag from entities and props)
- Func_Detail used a lot (Properly)
- Billboards gone
- New Bank
- New Casino
- New warehouse
- Various fixes

I can safely say I managed to reduce map build time and double my FPS. This map can now run 60+ players.
