No.

The whole point deaths cannot pick up guns is because their job is to kill the runners with the traps, they are also given what's called "Death Speed" as an added bonus for them so it's harder to hit them when you try and shoot them.

When I runner wins a round, the end part, where you choose the winning ending, eg - BHOP. It's meant to be a reward for getting passed all the traps, if deaths could pick up weapons at this point, they could have an easy chance of winning the round, after having loads of chances to kill the runner's team with the traps.

in some maps it does reduce at the end.

You would have to edit all the maps to "somehow" trigger the speed decrease and I think no staff member has that time
