Server Name: SSRP 1, 2, 3

Suggestion Title: Buff the Advanced Combat Suit

How would it benefit the server: Right now nobody uses it due to it having less HP than an edf suit and the shield only deploys for a short time, it would be cool if the suits HP was doubled and the shield be buffed a bit.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Can't think of any

Additional notes: It would finally bring the suit back into the meta
