TOPIC: [SSRP Suggestion] Nerf HC

Suggestion Title: Nerf the Handcannon

How would it benefit the server: Now that elevator bases have been removed, any base will be easily ripped by a HC. Newer players, or anyone without a HC, will find it difficult, if not impossible, to base. One of the main reasons, in my opinion, for removing ele bases is to help new players to be able to base and raid, and to liven it up a bit, but when any base is just gone within a few seconds by a HC, it kind of ruins it a bit.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can see

Additional notes: It may also be a good idea to nerf some other things, but there is nothing overly specific that comes to mind at the moment. Vote on the poll to give your opinion.

What if the HC was like the gauss but still has the same rate of fire. Just hits one prop and that's the only prop no splash damge

With the elevator bases being removed, this needs to be nerfed to revive basing in other places.

It's not like everyone has 30 HCs in their inventory. But maybe yes, make them have to shoot directly at props.

Remove all the shitty OP weapons that destroy a base in 3 seconds and bring back the zarp that we had in 2013-2014, with no rpg's or any of that bullshit. I remember tons of people were constantly basing back then and you had to actually be strategic if you wanted to get inside a base, now its the easiest fucking thing in the world and no one bases anymore.

Tbh Xnator if you actually played i would understand, but from what people are saying you want this because you got HC'd when nuking which is silly.

like Microsoft said Zarp is different, it will never be the same unless S4 is somehow accepted
