Name of map: PH_construction

why it would benefit the server: in my opinion and expert knowledge of Prophunt maps this map is very popular and it is also a very fun and interesting map with plenty of good and bad hiding spots for mixed gameplay and I feel on the new zarp server we need to add this map as it would be played a lot

thanks for reading my suggestion hope you will all consider adding it and give me any appropriate feedback

I prob also will change to the right template later down nthe line
