Create a suit that auto-destroys nukes if you come near one and it has no cooldown.

Step 1. Place a teleport marker on rich district or warehouse district.
Step 2. Wait for someone to nuke and teleport.
Step 3. Quickly unequip the Hyper and equip the Quantum with no cooldown.
Step 4. Nuke destroys itself in half a second.
Step 5. Create a 6th ocean with the salty tears immediately displayed in the /ooc by players who already hate the hyper.
Step 6. Make countries pay taxes to nagivate that ocean. Profits.

The name Quantum Suit, just makes me think of a suit that is able to be in 2 places at the same time.

Only reason i have this thought, is mainly due to getting bored and doing some research on, Quantum Physics, Quantum Computers, Quantum Entanglement, etc

And if you have heard anything involving Quantum, you have probs heard of "2 places at one given time" xD

Currently, the Nano suit, is low health, and fast movement, with a cloak ability, your suggestion just reminds me of the nano suit, with a modified special ability
