Suggestion Title:

Adding the ability to disable other people's vape clouds.

How would it benefit the server:

A lot of people own a vape on the server now and it's pretty frustrating when you can't see anything in front or ahead of you because there's a tonne a vape clouds in your face. Many people on the death team can't see the runners because their teammates are "vaping out" their vision.

Adding a feature to disable other player's vape clouds will help out in the long run, as fewer people would complain about not being able to see and may potentially (If coded well) increase some people's frame rate.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None that I can think of as of right now, if you feel there are some, please let me know.

Additional notes:

Of course it's not up to me, but all it needs to be is a small button in the f1/settings section that you can click once and be good to go.

I don't really play DR that much but i think this would benefit the server for thoes who doesn't like vapes. The is a console command but a F1 command would be easier for thoes who are not familiar with the console.
