Suggestion Title:
Disallow Time Farming

How would it benefit the server:
Less complaints from users about staff who are on the server AFK not doing their job.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Finding a way to work around people who still decide to time farm.

Additional notes:
The reason I make this suggestion is because I feel most complaints that I have seen about staff are about them not doing their job due to them being AFK for a prolonged ammount of time, or just going for the bare minimum as a staff member. this is an issue that is fairly easy to counter on SSRP because mods and admins have to do a certain ammount of F1's a week.

On Deathrun you will be kicked if you AFK for too long or be put into the spectate team.

On TTT if you're AFK for too long I belive you are put into auto spectate however I am not 100% certain on what happens.

If you're AFK for too long on Surf, nothing happens.

If you're AFK for too long on SSRP, nothing happens.

If you're AFK for too long on Bhop, nothing happens.

I think this needs to change as this is the reason a lot of people who seem to be really active when they aren't, they just mainly AFK and then just play for 10 mins and leave. I will address the situation with AFK mining in this thread as well.

As I mentioned earlier people complain about staff on SSRP not doing their jobs when the server is overun by RDMers and Prop pushers, etc. Because they may think that the staff member isn't AFK and just doesn't want to deal with it.

If staff are no longer allowed to AFK for too long on the servers this will reduce the ammount of complaints about staff not doing there job.

This would also help the staff out in the meetings when looking at activity, they could know that the activity is actually activity and not just an AFK person trying to get their time up.

There's is many things that this could help with but would also be fairly difficult to enforce, obviously there's nothing wrong with being AFK but it's annoying when you need a staff member and they're just AFK trying to get time up and then when they finished doing so they leave. The negatives and positives are fairly weighed in this situation but I could go on for ages talking about ways of this working and not working.
