Suggestion Title:

Map Cooldown

How would it benefit the server:

As some of the regular playerys of the zarp surf server may know we have a lot of maps to surf on but only a select few only do for e.g ive been on surf all day and the map rotation goes something like this: Kitsune>Kitsune2>Rookie>Utopia and it can stay like this for some time so making a cooldown on each map on surf will make it so the other maps that dont often get played on a chance to get voted for the next map.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

This is a good suggestion that would go well with a RTV cooldown, which i believe morgan has suggested, which will allow players to be able to enjoy maps that regularly get skipped or just not voted in. However the cooldown would need either a system to force to vote(Incase of buggy map).
