TOPIC: [SSRP Suggestion] Offline Warnings

Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Let admins know that they are allowed to ban a person for 1 minute if they are offline instead of a warning since you can't warn someone who's offline, assuming that solid proof was provided along with proof of steam id.
I'm talking about mentioning it in a meeting and/or training, many admins don't know this and claim you have to wait for the player to get on.

How would it benefit the server: Makes sure that people do get warned & doesn't force people to have to go into the forums just to get such a situation taken care of.

I totally support this, mainly due to how the Report Abuse currently works.
Those that get a report accepted against them need to be in game to be warned, which makes the admins job a pain in the ass having to be on the look out for them and allows those that don't play regularly to essentially evade the warning.

Would be pretty good to have it to be honest.

Admins be like when they are waiting for someone without knowing offline warning was a thing:

Warnings are given to show users that they have broken a rule. How will someone be aware of their recent punishemnts if they were given when he was offline?

You could easily ban them for 1 min and put warning in it

It seems that most of you don't understand the suggestion.
I am saying that you need to make admins aware of the fact that they are allowed to ban someone for one minute if they are offline, instead of waiting for them to get on to warn them.
I'm not talking about allowing /warn to work on offline players, but sure that's also a possibility.

What can be done is allowing warnings to be issued while a player is offline and if a player does get warned while offline, the player will receive a notification stating that he got warned for such and such reason with a link to the warn request/video. Should also be restricted to admins.
