Suggestion Title: Get notified whenever someones quoted you

How would it benefit the server: Nice feature

Potential Issues/Exploits: There is one issue, if someone presses the quote button and erases the text and post it anyways it would notify the other user he has been notified. This is avoidable with two solutions one of them being a rule that you can't do it or you'll get forum banned. Another solution is to put some hidden code in the quote text and if that gets removed the user won't get notified.

Additional notes: Whenever someone presses the "Quote" button on another persons post. It will notify that guy that someone quoted him. Only thing to make sure is that it doesn't spam you with notifications when you log onto the server forums. It should rather be like Facebooks notification button.

It IS kinda annoying when you're looking over threads you posted on and see someone's post who quoted you 6 months ago...
