Suggestion Title: Let admins accept jukebox requests

How would it benefit the server: Right now, only Super Admins+ can accept the JukeBox requested songs, and letting Admins accept them, would make it less work for the SA+ and share the work out between the Admin team.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Stupid admins could accept songs with racial slurs / earrape, etc. You get the point

Additional notes: The new jukebox was recently added by BiWx and this is how it looks

Please tell me with a reply how I can improve this suggestion
