Suggestion Title: Automatically holster every item on demote

How would it benefit the server: It would prevent people losing special weapons and diamond pickaxes on random false demotes. For example, someone is getting ready to raid a base, he pulls out a thundergun, before he even starts holstering it, someone makes a demote on you, there's no time for you to holster the gun anymore and it's just gone because someone just wanted to be a minge. Or when you're mining, you go afk for atleast 5 minutes, and in those 5 minutes you come back to being a citizien and a lost diamond pickaxe.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Don't see any

Additional notes: I've already experienced this since yesterday on being a miner, and many times before I had quit for about 3 months, and it's just getting annoying at this point.

An exploit I see with this is someone exploiting the holster function during a raid.
A person equips a Tgun and , a friend starts a demote and he rushes the base without having to wait for the normal 60 seconds to holster.

This may seem minor but people could now raid bases instantaneously, without waiting 40-50 seconds for the holster before firing and thus reducing the risk of losing an item.

Well since demoting changes your class to Citizen and Citizens can't raid the raid would end.

This really won't be a good addon dude, As then players will bassicly demote there friends then go in to a raid while that demotion is active then boom it's a faster way to holster.

We can solve the exploit part by just making the item still holstering and if he dies he loses it (I mean the tgun gets taken away when demoted but its still holstering and it holsters it but if you die you lose it)
