Suggestion Title: Make canceled reports disappear like finished reports.

How would it benefit the server:
The report log looks really messy and Is always full of canceled reports deleting them would make it look cleaner and make it easier to find the reports in "waiting"

Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A

Additional notes:
This always really annoys me and I asked other staff does it annoy them and they said yes.
