Why can you not buy stuff when you're dead seem pretty stupid to me i would think it would be better if this was removed i don't see a reason not to be able to buy stuff when you're dead i think its dumb to be completely honest its completely uneeded and is mostly just annoying cause when you're in store you just get killed and can't defend yourself.

It seems like more work for something that isn't going to bring many benefits. You can always buy things during preparing anyway.
