Server Name: Death-run

Suggestion Title: Disable Particles for certain people.

How would it benefit the server: If someone had a bad PC they would be able to turn this feature off as it could be FPS intensive.

This could also get annoying

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: Already coded.

CreateClientConVar( "vape_particles", "1", true, false )

if(ply:GetInfoNum("vape_particles", 1)) == 0 then return end

Are the lines of code which would need to be added
