Then you clearly don't understand the topic at hand. The lights in question are set to extremely large brightness and radius via console commands that ignore the max that can normaly be set via the sliders for the tool. Anybody saying its a render problem on his end or something with his settings doesn't know what they are on about. This is something that can be fixed and infact I had fixed this months ago, but somebody removed it and I really cant be bothered to put it back on RIP.
Also bumping because if current system of having the lights unclamped annoys enough people I'll readd the fix.
