Suggestion Title: Weapon Unlocks For VIP's

How would it benefit the server: Another thing for vip members as we havnt had anything added for a long long time

Potential Issues/Exploits: Makes it slightly easier for people to rdm

Additional notes: The weapon unlocks for levels on TTT are great but why got have the same for vips? Adding some vip weapons that are already unlocked and some locked would be much better for TTT. Let me know what you guys think

This is a good idea in my opinion but I don't want the VIP weapons to be way better or it will be kinda pay to win I think there should be some VIP weapons but not many like 4 and they should be a little more powerful than the normal ones.
