Suggestion Title: Buff the magik Pistol

How would it benefit the server: Make more people use them and actually care about the magik pistol

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: So the magik pistol is shit now so I what about buffing it so it destroy's props just like the gauss rifle but instead of it taking one shot taking one prop down could take 4-10Shots or so. And then Maybe make it so it's one shot kill just like the gluon gun or the lazer dagger! tell me what you think!

I do think that the magik pistol deserves a buff to give it a 1 shot kill as it's price is really high, same with the lazer dagger!
