I have a feeling that something like this was suggested before.
At the moment, the health station will keep you alive (if it has sufficient charge) if you get poisoned. The poison dart doesn't kill you anyway unless you have like < 90 HP. It's a cool idea, but I feel it would render the poison dart rifle almost useless.
If the health station immediately removed the poison effect, you could just sprint directly to it, tap E and you've played the traitor that shot you. It's a smart concept, but I don't think it'd be very balanced.
