Buff the Lotus Car
How would it benefit the server:
It is really expensive car.Buffing it will be cool
Potential Issues/Exploits:
After buffing it,there won't be a new exploit or issue.
Additional notes:
Lotus is a very expensive car.So it can get the highest speed and the highest control for worth its money.
