Suggestion Title: Terroriser Suit's Bulletproof Vest

How would it benefit the server: Can't think of any, would just be nice to have.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Another suit that people could do the bind exploit with.

Additional notes:



The Terroriser Suit has a bullet proof vest but it doesn't actually work, so I think that when equipped, it should give the wearer 175 or 200 armour. I see no major issues with this, and it should be incredibly easy to make.
