Suggestion Title: Bring back Item O Matic!

How would it benefit the server: I feel like the Item O Matic was a very fun and very useful tool implemented into ZARP and I think that it is a shame that it got removed post update. Even thought it was pretty overpowered, that can be changed to make it more balanced and have a weekly rotation of items, it would drastically help the economy because some items are just not on the market at all and when they are, they fetch a huge price. This could help counteract that and would stabilize the economy. What it also did was increase the price of pretty useless items, BP's were becoming more sought after, not as good weapons such as the Damascus Sword and C4 was becoming very sought after as well. It pretty much gave those items a function in the economy. Yes, I know there was a few problems with it but they are easily fixed, I mean look at the x4 Booster, it used to be extinct but now there are actually some on the market. These are the reasons why I think the Item O Matic was a great feature in ZARP and this is why I believe it should be re-implemented.

Potential Issues/Exploits: The Item O Matic wasn't exploitable (or at least not what I know of) however I do agree that it was overpowered, balancing it out is the only thing I believe that would actually be useful to do.

Additional notes: I know this is probably not going to get accepted, but why not give it a try? If you spent your time to read this, thank you, that's all I have to say.
