TOPIC: [Refund Request] Festive printers

Background Information: So it was this morning i cant quite remember what time after 5 am there was a server crash on server 3. We were in a massive base(The one and only and other gangs) and when i woke up this morning to check it i saw that the server crashed and so i logged back on. It then said you can do /restore or /refund to get your items back i think. I then did this but i only received the medi shield that was next to my printers i didn't get my 2 festive printers back.

I understand if you cant do anything i was just unsure of what happened as some other people that also were in they got their printers back yet i did not was just not sure?
