Suggestion Title: Gang Owner Logs

How would it benefit the server:

Introduction
Now, As you are aware that sometimes when you hire officers sometimes people get kicked and you're often standing there thinking who done it and why, There could also be a way that this suggestion could be added so you could also see what gang member got loot and how much loot so then you can say and show to other people how good of a job that certain gang member is doing. Now these Logs are only implemented for the Owner to see and interact with, No officer should be allowed to access this as bare in mind, You are the highest rank if you're the Owner of your gang. Now, I've listened to some people and I've also came up with a few of these myself as I've struggled with some stuff prior to myself making this suggestion, So here is the ways that this suggestion can be beneficial to everyone.

Promotions
Now, As a Gang Owner you are limited to see who is doing an excellent job when people are in your gang and often you find yourself relieing on someones word other than evidence. So let's say that we added logs so that the Gang Owner can see what gang member destroyed what and how much loot he got for your gang, For example it could look something like this:
Jordz has destroyed a Gold Platted Printer and has collected 8,000 Loot.

Now, That is only my idea you guys and even the owners could come up with something better if it comes to it or if it is required to do so.

Kicks
Now as an owner of a big gang such as The One & Only you get some people coming to you saying that they've been randomly kicked and they or you don't have a clue who done it or why they where kicked. This system could help the owner to understand who kicked the player so then the owner of that said gang could go to the owner and ask him why he kicked a player. Now this system could help the owner of the said gang help many situations, I've only thought of 2 right now and if any of you have a more better idea of like what to add them please be sure to add them down below and I'll be sure to add it if I like it!

Potential Issues/Exploits: Exploits are with everything that someone codes so don't get me wrong, These are a few I've thought of:

Members being mad if they've been judged.
Members seeing logs.
EMP coding it causing it to break just like the TDM Manager and loads more?

A good idea would be that the logs would last 24 hours meaning after 24 hours the logs will be deleted. This way it ill be easier.

Would be great thing to add to gangs tbh,it's been kinda annoying lately that people just get kicked out of your gang by random officers without knowing the reason.
