Suggestion Title:
[SSRP Suggestion] Nerf the new suit.

How would it benefit the server:
It's currently too op and it needs a change. Bases are unraidable with this.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People are standing with the suit, for example in elevator bases. They wait for elevator, equip the suit before the elevator even comes up and people instantly die.

Additional notes:
It's too op and it needs a change. There is a base on s3 right now and I can't even touch it.
