Suggestion Title:
A new way to award staff members that have done the most f1's

How would it benefit the server:
As previously said it would award those who do loads of f1's and work hard for the server, would also add a little bit of competition, and also staff will try and do more f1's.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

This is basically a copied template from R-flex's but he done it for ttt so i'm doing it for ssrp

I don't believe that competition is something we want in this case. You guys should work as a team, and not fight about f1's. If staff dont do their f1's they will be spoken to. In my opinion there is no need to implement this system.

Staff may start fighting over this which is what we dont Want

yes buy staff don't hardly do f1's anyway it takes like 20mins just for a member of staff to come and look at your f1

A while ago,I know some staff actually got demoted for rewarding staff for doing F1s.
And no, staff are not here to have a competition.
Staff are here to keep the server fun and get rid of the rule breakers.

I have seen staff bragging about their F1 count already, this is not going to help the fact. If staff are not doing their F1s report it to a Lead Team Member.

You become staff to help the server, and by doing so your agreeing to sacrifice your own time to help, if people are not prepared to do that for nothing then they should not be staff.

It's not a competition, this isn't needed. At the end of the day we're 1 team and we work together. By the way, I've never seen an F1 older than 10 minutes if there was active staff on.

yes normaly when i make a admin report it takes so long that i forget about why i called a fucking admin
