Server Name: SSRP Server 1,2,3

Suggestion Title: allows to reload faster! like x2 faster.

How would it benefit the server: it would make it more fun

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: its like the scope boost but it gives x2 Boost on reloading. or u guys can add it with the ammo boost :p

It's not needed, like you wanted this because you were 1v1ing a guy and you ran out of ammo and you started reloading and he killed you.(That didn't happen)
