Money Drains for zarp

One of my concerns is lately is the influx of money that is being brought in due to new events and only has very few exits, such as upgrades, printers, gang upgrades etc.Here are some ideas that could help get a lot of money that is just transported from person to person in zarp.
Server Name: SS Zarp
Suggestion Title: Boosting Weapons
Explanation:
One idea of draining money is an option to boost weapons e.g. you go up to an table of some sort, and place any gun
It will give you 3 options to give the item
1. Adds 1 boost: Maybe costs 1m
2. Adds 2 boosts: Cost 5m
3. Adds 3 boosts: Costs 20m
There could be a wide range of boosts e.g. incendiary round, more dmg, more accuracy, faster reload speed, fast shooting time, using dual gun, etc etc. This could open up a new skill of boosting or even a new perk which gives you a chance of getting better boosts or higher percentage in boosts e.g. instead of getting faster reload time of 20% it could be increased to 40%.
How would it benefit the server: This would drain money as well as adding a new style to raiding/defending as there is now more variables to think about. Maybe attract mroe players as there would be a new and different table,perk,skill implemented into the game
Potential Issues/Exploits: Make some players op

Suggestion Title: Permanent Cash wheel
Explanation:
Add a new cash wheel that is permanent to Zarp. By cash wheel i mean a wheel that costs Zarp cash to spin and rewards you with a bunch of different items ( no cash) Some ideas could Attachments for guns or new Special weapons.
How would it benefit the server: Drain more cash
Potential Issues/Exploits: idk but im sure theirs some
