TOPIC: [SSRP] Incentivize f1s

Server Name: ssrp + maybe other servers

Suggestion Title: incentiveize f1s

How would it benefit the server: encourage more people to be staff, encourage staff to do f1s, staff would maybe enjoy f1s?

Potential Issues/Exploits: encourages exploiting

Additional notes: making this suggestion right now as I hoped from s1->2->3 with 0 staff active on each and 2/3 the servers being mild chaos

ideas for incentivizeation:
staff rating system with icons/borders for good staffing
a spin on the new "staff wheel" for completing x amt of f1s
a staff paycheck (of rp cash) or donor items
get rp cash for doing f1s

I didn't like when it was a fight to take f1's in 2015 but I do feel that there should be some incentive to do f1's, not just to keep your adminge status. It's the staff teams obligation to take f1's if they're present but that doesn't always occur. So going back a year in my opinion would at least get f1's done, however there is obvious exploitation as the f1's might not be done in a professional manner and may be rushed.

If this happens, there will be double the applications each week. Staff Meetings will last more hours and the players who apply would most likely only care about the money. So if someone gets accepted, he would do the easy F1s (Like TPing someone out or replying to someone's question) and won't care about the other, most serious ones. Also staff might fight with each other because everyone would like to do a particular F1...

People will becme staff just to earn money by faking their f1's with friends etc. They will also just apply for the money, not to help players. I want staff that actually help people, not just administratin' / moderating to help themselves from being rdmd and such.

Obviously it would get abused.
And people would apply just because of it, which means we would be wasting our times in the meetings, and staff would become more abusive if we DO accept those kinds of people.

This is the stupidest thing i have heard since implementing dinos into ssrp

The only cool thing that would fit and would be a good way to reward staff members is give staff members a tag, but it would only work if players would be able to rate how their f1 was handled from 1/5
