Suggestion Title: Staff Only Reply

How would it benefit the server: Now, I've already contacted Chute about this idea and he says that is is possible for him to code or add something that will make Section Staff/Global Moderators and above able to reply to a message that only Forum Staff can see or even the user who posted the thread, Here are some examples on why I want this to be added.

Meetings:
Let's say, Jordan made a application for SSRP and doesn't want to continue with his application. Someone who's staff on that section can reply to his app saying that the client would like to cancel his application so no confusion happends inside the meeting weather it's for TTT,SSRP,BHOP and all of them.

Problems:
Let's say that someone has made a thread about VIP not working, Forum staff can help him out by showing him what to do without leaking information by other people or users that might search stuff. Now before anyone goes on and continues to say that we have Yes you are correct however only forum Administrators can see this when Global Moderators might be needed to see it also. Now the main reason is why I'm suggesting this is mainly due to meetings when a application has been canceled all we can do is lock the application and then tell someone in the meeting room when the application comes to light, I think this will save time as well as save the application on being reviewed when they don't want it reviewed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Issues are that staff might use this power to just get there post count up as nobody can see there reply other than forum staff or so on, Other issues are that this might be a hard thing to code.

Global mods can see confidential text...

It's better off keeping the ways things are right now. Global Moderators can see confidential text so I don't really think there is much need in this.

I personally don't see this as being useful for anybody who isn't a Global Mod. Is there any point in changing how things work? After all I don't really see any benefits being put across that really impact me on a large scale.

To everyone who says that Global Moderators can see confidential text, I understand however like it may or may not be beneficial like to stop confusion in meetings.

As Max said keep thing the way they are nice and sweet if they wanted to cancel their SSRP app then they can contact us via other means.
