Suggestion Title: bank reward change

explanation: Make the event cases a mega rare drop from the vault, like each time a case drops it would have a very very very very small percantage change of being a special case (egg/rares/gencorp/magik)

I think once a month at the most should be the drop rate of one of these things it should feel special when it happens like 1 in 10 thousand cases that get dropped would be one of these instead

How would it benefit the server: slowly keeping rare items in the exonomy but helpign them still keep their rarity ( same job as golden bps)

Potential Issues/Exploits: decrease market value if case rarity is to low

Additional notes: would incourage more players to do bank

I think the weaknesses of exploitation outweighs the benefits of another hyperactive boost to an already worthwhile system. The vault system has already got gang boosts to it and generally is fair in many respects. The packs that we buy with real money are completely irrelevant of this and should stay that way as it needs to keep the incentives for purchasing the packs.

Raiiding the bank is so not worth it, its also really hard. You raid the bank, then someone tgun/hc your bank dupe and it get destroyed

Then you have 8 EDF Cops raiding you, I dont know when i successfully raided the bank last time. It must be weeks ago.

I've thought of a new nice way that this might be easy to get, Why not like suggest like a different system. Like for example if you raid the vault without a dupe you get a x4 payout as it's alot harder.

It's a good idea as it's quite hard to successfully raid the bank with many cops on and other people trying to raid the bank to stop you. I think it should depend on how many cops are on. If there were like 4 or 5 cops on then make the reward less of a chance at getting a really rare item. But if there were more cops on then it would be easier to get rare items due to how harder it would be to raid the bank. I don't know though as it would be confusing...

they would still be extremely rare, as I said the drop rate should be about once a month.
also the cases arent supposed to be thought as the only way to get them is pay 2 get, it happens that sometimes they are that way (summer event had super low chance) but you cant look at rare cases as something people only get by paying for them
