Server Name: Semi-Serious RolePlay

Suggestion Title: Honk

How would it benefit the server: Less CDMs?

Potential Issues/Exploits: maybe it will get abused but u can make a cool down and max length of the honk sound is 5 sec?

Additional notes: so sometimes i drive my car on the spawn and some people run in-front of the car so i want them to move quickly before i hit them but typing will take at least 3 sec and they will die so if there's a honk it will be more than helpful for the server

that's you but there are some people who are retarded doesn't hear a shit and stand in front of the car. so if this gets added a rule change is needed like if a horn played you have 10sec to go away or he can ran you over and it won't be cdm
