Suggestion Title: Addition of a new drug

How would it benefit the server: Better role play

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: So a new drugs should be painkillers and what it should do is reduce the amount of damage taken by a certain % and when the player consumes Painkillers his vision will be blurry and it should last as long as Amphetamine does

Great idea would like to see it implemented. on the server, would really enhance the drug dealers job, would just need to be balanced correctly.
