Suggestion Title: Gang Donation Scoreboard

example: A scorboard that shows the gangs top donaters and how much they have donated in total

How would it benefit the server: it would add some competition within gang to donate and make more money go into gangs.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: it would also help more money go into gang and balance the economy
