Suggestion Title: Paysafe Cards

How would it benefit the server: Alot more players would be able to buy VIP or boosterpacks and they wouldnt have to wait until they are 18 to buy stuff.

Potential Issues/Exploits: No exploits.

Additional notes: So PaySafe is a card you can go buy at a supermarket or something with a certain amount of money in it. Then it has a code on it which you put in where you want to buy it and its really easy. We need this.
