I've had a think about what you've mentioned and I'd like to propose a counter-though, if you will. I'm not here to slate the forum staff, they have a tremendous workload for their sections they watch over. I do not believe that its not the way to deal with this at all.
My belief is that, should these extra sections get added, it would make the lives of the forum staff easier. They're not having to rummage through piles of other applications to fix the ones that have incorrect titles, to use your example.
