Suggestion Title: Nerf the molotov by making the BluePrint one time use


How would it benefit the server: Stop all the bellshit everywhere of 100mil suits lost to 100k op piece of shit


Potential Issues/Exploits: none i dont think

Completely fucked up, I would overall nerf the burn damage of the molotov and initial "blast" damage and make the blueprint one time use.
