Suggestion Title: Availability To Propclimg In Building Areas

How would it benefit the server: More Precision To Builders And Players Alike

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: What I mean by this is that we as players can propclimb in our building areas to actually see the build and dupe , I wanted to make a district-wide base but couldn't due to the fact that I cant propclimb, it is very annoying to randomly paste a prop without knowing where it actually is.

Just go on single player, its not that hard

Still man , people wouldn't have the time to go on single player and prepare it before the actual basing , this new rule is just in case a person needs to go on top of an area real quick just to check something , not to make the base dupe itself

I Think you need to get more perspectives about this, to write from different angles, since we as readers can't quite understand what you mean (At least me) so from me, I'm sorry, but

"Propclimbing" is somewhat allowed if you are using it to build your base WHILE HAVING A BUILDING SIGN!

Do not exceed the prop climb out of the building area to prevent misunderstanding from a staff's point of view or other players.

It's allowed as long as it is within a building sign and doesn't disturb others' roleplay.
