Suggestion Title
Auto-Holster When Demoted

How would it benefit the server
Many people are falsely demoted from their jobs sometimes. To prevent them from losing any expensive weapons/tools they can be auto-holstered into their inventory!

Potential Issues/Exploits
Abusing this to holster special weapons quicker (Can be solved by making it that Special Weapons take more time to be placed back in your inventory)

Additional Notes
I think this is really needed and would be a great addition to the servers!

The entire demotion system should be removed, it serves no real place as currently all that happens is that people try and demote rule breakers and then get in trouble themselves or people start fighting about what is and what isn't a valid demote reason. It really doesn't add anything to the server and I feel like people would be better off if it wasn't there.
