TOPIC: Removal of voice drain for moderators on TTT???

[Suggestion title]: Removal of Staff member-Moderator-Voice drain

[How it would benefit the server]: During my time as moderator I have managed to successfully help people with explaining rules and what is a kos and what is not a kos, but ever since the voice drain has been added I feel that moderators can not properly do their job. I also find it unfair on moderators because Admins and above do not have the voice drain so there is no problem for them. What I am suggesting would be to either reduce the speed of the drain for moderators or just completely remove it all together because then moderators will have no problem with doing their job. I know a few people will say "Can't they just type" but typing is longer than just explaining it and some members of the mod team may not be able to type quick enough so players will have a chance to break the rules until they get them explained, also the typing box is only capable to doing 2 lines at a time which limits the space for moderators to type and explain.

Pretty sure the voice drain is significantly higher for moderators to help them, That's what was said in the suggestion thread anyway

I don't see why moderators are affected by this when admins aren't. Maybe some clarification from the owners would help?

Voice drain is so lame i don't like it at all. but thats just me.

If anything, the voice drain feature should affect everybody (admins included) or strictly on regular players, solving the inconsistency with admins and mods. I'm sure there's a way that this can be solved where mods aren't affected by voice drain, should it remain implemented. I support this suggestion.

I don't think that this should affect any staff at all, and be just a little longer for regular players. It is VERY annoying.
