Server Name: SSRP 1, 2 and 3

Suggestion Title: Keep the Joker and Harley Quinn Suits after Halloween

How would it benefit the server: More customization, which a lot of players really enjoy.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: I myself, and I'm sure a lot others do to, really enjoy games when you are able to customize things, so I think the Joker and Harley Suits should stay after Halloween. They also won't look very weird out of the Halloween Update because they're not just affiliated with Halloween.
