Suggestion Title: ARitz Cracker Bank

How would it benefit the server:
Let me just start off by this ad-don is beautiful it really engages you in the game. Let me name some features
It has realistic simulations
It can be robbed
You can store your money more realistically then giving it to a npc at the bank
it would make more people to put money in the atm/ bank
One of the best/strongest feature is for the gangs. You can make a group bank acount that means if im in the puple jerks shout to my home bois and me sips6 puts $40000 in the bank and pepe puts $60000 and Park austion needs $70000 he can take it out of the bank and there still being $30000
Its very easy to make groups.
And think about the new kid napping let me give an exsample its benn 3 mintees since i kidnapped someone and the max i can make them take out of there bank account is lets say $10000 now i have to escourt the hostage to an ATM with out being seen

Potential Issues/Exploits: If its lets say 4 in the morning you can rob the atm over and over again if no one is online to stop you

This addon comes included with an automatic updater. This means that you won't have to re-install the addon each time you update. However, you won't be able to edit the core files. If you want something to be customizable that isn't already, please tell me, and I will make it so.
The automatic updater DOES store some information. Included, but not limited to, the individual addon's unique ID, your Steam64 ID, and the server(s) the addon is running on.

Its not needed at all. Its just gonna put more stress on the server.

Really not needed at all as we already have a banker!

I personally don't think that we need this on the server, we already have our own banker system which works perfectly fine at the moment and I don't see a need to replace it. There isn't anything that this system would provide over the current one.

Not a good idea due to the fact that that atm addon has bugs where you can glitch it to give you more money than you have.

i believe there was a suggestion on these before but they got denied due to lag and other bugs

This is not a good idea, it's extremely exploitable and plus, it's pointless.

Zarp already has a custom bank
